This modest home in the historic Riverland Terrace neighborhood was an incredible before-and-after for a very deserving client. Though the exterior was dated, and the interior was dark and cramped, the homeowner saw the potential of this sweet cottage nestled within a beautifully-maintained garden, and saw it as the perfect place to start a new chapter.

Both interior and exterior received new finishes, restoring the home to a very classic and elegant look. The bathrooms and laundry room received a refresh, and the sunroom was opened up and vaulted to create the perfect reading nook overlooking the garden. The kitchen was opened up entirely, becoming light and spacious, with a large island perfect for the client's family to gather around.
